I am one of many local professional photographers in Austin. However, I feel like there are fewer photographers who can take something from nothing and make it great. Creativity and vision are essential to this field and I believe I bring both to the table.
When starting a project with a new client, I begin by brainstorming about the process. With an open mind, the concept comes to life and perimeters are formed. There needs to be a little wiggle room for improvisation!
My experience with photography started in my early teens and grew when I took photography in high school – my high school even had a dark room!
I got my first DSLR in college and then, after studying video at Baylor, decided to pursue photography at the Art Institute of Austin.
I moved to Austin in 2008, have assisted and worked for many different local photographers, and received my BFA in 2012.
In the last decade, I have gained experience in portraiture of all kinds, events, architecture, automotive, product, HDR photography and, my favorite, food and beverage.
Clients of mine have included local and statewide businesses such as Wildfire in Georgetown, Texas, the Better Business Bureau of Ft. Worth, Texas, the Visitors Bureau of New Braunfels, Texas, and many more.
I’m always looking to collaborate with new people and businesses, so contact me and let’s get started.
